I think you glanced over that section, in the notes the amount of monsters per 500 zones is going to drop from 1 to 0.1 (Beta numbers, subject to change and all that jazz) I think if everything stayed as the notes say, You can get up to the same point if you only put like 25 points into Borb. because it's 90% less increase, so you only need 10% of borb points.
